This is a by appointment only sale! This will be a cash only based sale. NO CHECKS No Exceptions !!! All items are sold as-is with no guarantees or warranties! All Sales are Final!!! We reserve the right to limit the number of people in the store at the same time due to the large volume of valuable & breakable inventory! No children under 16 & no bags or handbags allowed! Please leave them in your vehicles! Bring Help to Load Large Items,You must provide your own tools, ladders etc to removed items attached. Proper caps must be provides for gas, electric & plumbing if applicable. Not Responsible for Accidents!!! All large or heavy items can be removed day of payment or can be picked up at a later date with arrangements being made in advance. Everything must be removed by the end of the week. Deliveries may be an option for additional charge.
This is an estate owned by an 88 year old women who loved her jewelry & accessories. She has moved to an assisted living facility & doesn't need all her bling bling. Since there is so much of it we are just selling this part of her estate! Over 100 pair of earrings, 50 plus necklaces, assorted rings, pendants, pins, watches etc. We also have her perfume bottle collection as well as some of her personal accessories.
