Westchester Estate Moved to Warehouse phase 2

Family has relocated & we are selling several pieces of furniture along with a lot of miscellaneous household & collectibles. An appointment may be needed for  some of the furniture &  items that are not at our warehouse but down the street moved to storage. Most of it has been brought to our warehouse. House has sold & we now have everything in our possession! The house was extremely clean. No children or animals live there.

For the item at our warehouse you can check them out Friday Thru Monday from 1:15pm to 6pm. Appointments will be available Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays in the mornings only til 11:30 am. Tuesdays thru Thurdays we are available throughout the day. Everything is sold asis where is with no warrantees! Will provide more info asap!

About us

Due to everything going on in the world, We will be selling mainly online but we are available to shop in person (Masks optional)  This estate has be relocated to our warehouse & a storage facility. Storage items will be available for showing and pick up by appointment only!  We are certainly open to reasonable offers! This was from a 2 bedroom home with living room and large kitchen full finished basement and a 2 car garage loaded.  If you are coming to view an item listed that you have purchased or considering purchasing we will allow you to see what else we may be selling. Since the house has sold all of the smallwares have already been brought to our warehouse and will be sold in a different sale!!  We are at the warehouse every Friday thru Monday 1pm to 6 pm & appointments will be available Tues thru Thursday. This is for viewing, buying & to pickup items purchased if bought online or picking up at a later date. We have priced some of the items but there are some items you will need to call to discuss price. We are also open to reasonable offers on some of the items & are willing to play lets make a deal. So don't be shy & contact us. This sale has been entirely moved to our warehouse in Melrose Park or to storage Our warehouse is an 11,200 sq. foot box store warehouse you can come in days we are open or  make an appointment on days we are not to pick up or if you would like to see it before you purchase!  Just keep in mind we will be in the store working virtually every week on Friday thru Monday from 1 to 6 if you would like to stop by & see some of our other inventory. For the Northlake sale you can make an appt either before 12 noon or after 6pm on the same days that we are open this way you see everything on the same day!  Call to set a time that you would like to come. Regarding our warehouse: Since we conduct liquidation sales & a culmination of several estates, business merchandise & just misc items collected over the years we have a massive 11,200 square foot store. We will be adding new items & new online sales during this pandemic to keep everyone safe!
