We will display a sign up list 1 hour before the sale and go by names on the list. We will honor a list that is started earlier and put those names first on our list. All Sales Final. We accept CASH ONLY this sale. We are not able to assist with lifting or loading any furniture, but you can arrange for pickup later if needed, if you can't pick your item up that day. No Prices given out before the sale. We are not liable for any injuries. Thanks for coming to our sale! Please be careful going up and down stairs in house and garage area.
