1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted. Please inspect all items carefully before purchasing.
2. ITEMS SOLD AS-IS
All merchandise is sold “AS IS” and “WHERE IS” with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied regarding condition, authenticity, functionality, or completeness.
3. PAYMENT METHODS
We accept cash, debit cards, and major credit cards unless otherwise posted. A valid ID may be required for card transactions.
4. HOLDING ITEMS
Purchased items must be removed within the timeframe provided by staff. ALFA ESTATE SALES is not responsible for items left behind after purchase.
5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR REMOVAL
Customers are responsible for moving, lifting, loading, and transporting purchased items. Please bring appropriate help, tools, straps, blankets, and vehicles for large or heavy items.
6. NO LIABILITY FOR ACCIDENTS OR INJURIES
Customers enter the property at their own risk. ALFA ESTATE SALES, the homeowner, and property representatives are not responsible for accidents, injuries, slips, falls, or damages occurring on the premises.
7. CHILDREN & SAFETY
Children must remain supervised at all times. Running, climbing, or unsafe behavior is not permitted inside or outside the property.
8. RESPECT FOR PROPERTY
Please respect the home and surrounding property. Do not open closed doors, cabinets, drawers, or restricted areas marked by staff or signage.
9. FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED
Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. We cannot guarantee item availability.
10. PRICING & DISCOUNTS
Prices and discounts may change throughout the sale at the discretion of ALFA ESTATE SALES.
11. SECURITY & MONITORING
For safety and security purposes, the premises may be monitored by cameras and/or staff.
