July 10th - Sign up as early as 5a. Notebook will be on patio deck. Numbers issued prior to sale. Items sold at full price. Discounts are available if these thresholds are met: Over $50, 5% Off, Over $100, 10% Off, Over $150, 15% Off, Over $200, 20% Off. This only applies to sales conducted as a single transaction and NOT combined with subsequent sales following any previous transactions.

July 11th – 25% Off 8a-10a, 50% Off 10a-Noon. Auction will start @ 1p. No discount for items purchased at Auction. You set your own price. Must register for the Auction prior to start. If unknown to the Auctioneer, must present valid Government ID.

Terms – No Earlybird sales. No combining lots. If you want something separate…ask. CASH ONLY. No further discounts other than those already offered. Not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Not responsible for injuries. Be respectful. Any foul language or violent behavior will not be tolerated and you will lose your privilege to participate. Bring boxes to pack and help to remove heavy items. Sale personnel will not assist with moving items after sold. All sales are final with no warranty or guarantee. Nothing to be removed from premises until settled for. All items must be removed from premises by July 11th @ 3p or you forfeit the property. Announcements day of sale will take precedence over any previous oral or written announcements. Auctioneer reserves the right to remove any item prior to, or during the sale. In the event of a tie bid, Auctioneer reserves the right to reopen bidding between those two participants.
