Beautiful Mokena Online Estate Sale

The ONLINE sale begins on Friday, January 30, 9:00 AM and continues thru Saturday, January 31, 7:00 PM. No appointments.
Sorry- No Pre-Sales. ALL pricing is firm.
Pickup of items purchased will be on Sunday, Feb 1, 1:30-2:30 PM at the estate sale house.

If you would like to make a purchase for this online sale, please read the instructions below:

1. Please email us at EstateSalesByMagnolia@gmail.com
2. Include a brief description of the Item, Price, Name & Phone Number!
3. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE US ITEM # AS THEY CHANGE EVERY TIME WE MARK AN ITEM SOLD!
4. We will be taking the emails in order of which we receive them. We will be selling items on a first come, first serve basis.
5. We will call you for your credit card information.
6. ​Once CC is processed, we will give you the date, time & address of the pickup.
7. PLEASE BRING MUSCLE TO REMOVE YOUR ITEMS AS WELL AS BOXES/PROTECTIVE WRAP FOR YOUR ITEMS!
8. All Sales Are Final!

*Note - I usually receive 25-30 emails exactly at 9:00 AM on the first day of the sale. I will take them as they are generated on my computer email. Unfortunately, there are instances where multiple customers send an email for the exact same item at the exact same time - hence, there will always be that chance that you're item will be sold before you have the chance to purchase. Please note * that it will take me most of the morning to contact those who sent their emails at 9:00 AM. I might not be able to contact those that sent later until the afternoon.
