Chicago Estate Advisors (CEA) does NOT RELEASE PRICES on items. On occasion, we may list prices with the pics on estatesales.net so that you may have an idea as to the starting price on an item. DO NOT CALL, TEXT or EMAIL asking for prices on individual items.

After signing up, you will receive an email with a ticket confirming your place in line. On the day you are assigned, you will receive an email alerting you to come to the sale entrance. Do not miss your assigned window of time. Once customers on the initial entry list have been admitted, any walk-ins will be admitted! All are welcome!

All sales are final.
If you’re caught stealing, police will be called and license plate numbers will be released to estatesales.net

The way we operate: you come in, create a pile with what you want to purchase, we will give you a deal on the way out!!
We are now accepting Credit Cards (+4% fee from Bank), Venmo, Zelle and cash.

Sign-in sheet at the property available after 2PM the day before the sale, but please use the Pickerty app mentioned at the top as those persons will receive priority.

Here are some basic rules when attending a CEA Estate Sale:
No large bags are permitted during any estate sale, unless empty.
Everything is priced to sell! However, we are not a thrift store and have done our research on each item we are selling, we have priced each item according to its current worth.
We will not hold any item or items without a deposit on the items.
You must bring your own equipment for large items purchased (tape, cords, dolly, transportation).
CEA is NOT responsible for any injures while on the property or with the lifting of any items. Please bring someone with you that can lift heavy items that you are looking to purchase.
We hire security staff, they are NOT able to help lift.
If you are caught stealing, we will take the appropriate measures to contact law enforcement and press charges. You will not be permitted into future sales.
