This lovely sale has many great furniture pieces.....including cream sofas and loveseats (two of each), many chairs (some upholstered), upholstered bar stools (2), many really pretty painted pieces, narrow table piece that has fold up sides to make quite a large dining table with chairs tucked underneath, many chests, master bedroom set, dining table with upholstered chairs, white wicker twin bedroom set, MANY other white wicker pieces of all types, including beds, desk with hutch, dressers, nightstands, small tables, chests, etc. We have some beautiful stained glass lamps, furniture by Lexington, Hickory and White, Broyhill and more. Great bookcases and desk sets! We also have a lovely Warfield piano in great condition!
Many home décor pieces including lamps (some stained glass and other unusual ones), mirrors, many hand painted small tables and chests of all types, beautiful wicker sun room furniture, many types of nice baskets, lots and lots of nice picture frames, inspirational signs, birdhouses, angels, beautiful rugs, kitchen full of goodies, two L shaped cherry desk sets (plus great desk accessories), lots of nice art work. There is a set of pretty Spode (white) Chelsea Wicker china and a Spode blue and white set (Valencia). Both of these are partial sets but just lovely. A drawer full of afghans and quilts, other nice linens. We found nice glass and crystal and a couple more sets of dishes.
We have lots of kids' toys (both boy and girl), a couple of very nice child's table/chair sets. We found so many toys, we had to move many of them into the garage! Also we have two great quality sets of kids' golf clubs, one left-handed and a nice Diamondback bike!
There is an elegant sun room here and we call it the "Christmas room" with loads of the best Christmas items you can find, including Byers Carolers, Precious Moments ornaments, Lenox snowman figurines, some new in the box, also Dept 56 houses. In another room, we also have some beautiful Lladros, NAO's, Hummels, Boyds Bears, and the largest collection of Precious Moments you have seen including two nativity sets, both very different, one rare and hard to find.
NOW, for the ladies: oh boy, you will have fun here....after you've seen all the lovely household items.....we have at least four to five closets full of clothing (one just filled with purses including authentic Coach bags, Dooney & Burke, etc), shoes galore, PLUS!!! racks and racks (takes up a full master bedroom) of ladies clothing, wow, never have been so much in one house. Some name brands seen were Ann Klein, Ann Taylor, Banana Republic, Ralph Lauren, Liz Claiborne and more.....There also is a huge selection of costume jewelry, names such as Trifari, Monet, Ann Klein, Liz Claiborne plus 43 fashion watches, some of the same name brands, some sterling jewelry also.
For you guys, there are yard and other large tools in the garage, brand new items in boxes, light fixtures, file and other cabinets, shelving units, and a very nice full size refrigerator. We also found many hand tools and we have THREE vacuums, one is commercial.
We have posted over 400 pictures, so you can get a good idea of what is there and just how jam packed this house is! You'll have a great time shopping here and HOPE TO SEE YOU ALL THERE!
