Well, our first day was surprisingly okay - not without hitches, considering it's our first online sale, but we are learning fast what works and what doesn't.  THANK YOU so much for all your interest and compliments.  A couple of things.  We did not realize that Estatesales.net would be sending emails to customers that were interested in specific items, so if you clicked on a photo for information, an email was sent to my OLD email address which I retired a year ago, Worse, when I went to answer all those emails, they bounced back so I had to resend with corrected email...  So here's a reminder again.  If you are interested in purchasing an item or "lot" of items, call or text Ellie at 630-217-6180, make note of the lot # and she'll add your text to thd cue.  She will then send you a Square invoice, and when you pay via credit card, she will send pick up directions and a map to the home.  We are sorry for the glitch - you can also text me at 630-306-5526 or Steve at 630-306-0061 if you need immediate assistance or questions on an item.   LASTLY, WE HAVE ADDED ADDITIONAL ITEMS, SO PLEASE CHECK 'EM OUT!!  

We are delighted to bring you our first-ever completely on-line estate sale, in keeping with the COVID-19 Stay-Home Guidelines.  Our clients are moving south from an exquisite Carriage House of an old Naperville Mansion and leaving behind some beautiful items.  So, this will be a good sale to hone our internet sales skills. 

How does it work?

We have taken photos of everything for sale and numbered the items or grouping of items by lot number.  The main photo of that lot number will have the description of the item(s) in that lot, along with the asking price, measurements, additional photos, any noticeable flaws, if any, etc.  

You want to make a purchase?

If you are looking to purchase an item or lot (make note of lot #), you will need to call or text Ellie at 630-217-6180. A Square Invoice will be sent to you for payment information (all major CC’s are accepted), and you will need to pay immediately for that item so we can remove it from the sale. Be sure to act quickly so you don’t lose it.   

Can I purchase more than one item or Lot?

Yes. Call or text 630-217-6180 and we will keep track of what you purchased and paid for.

Pick-up Information:

  • After payment is submitted, we will send you the pick-up address (North Naperville) and choice of time slots for Saturday afternoon (12-4 PM) or Sunday (10 AM-12 PM). 
  • If you purchase a larger item, delivery services are available (for an additional fee)
  • We will wear masks and we ask that you do as well. If you are sick or have been exposed to someone sick, please do stay home or ask us about additional options (shipping or delivery).
  • The driveway is long and narrow. We ask that people park in the street for pick-up. (hand truck is available)
  • For heavy or larger items, please bring assistance. Due to social distancing needs, and for your safety, we will not be able to load items into your car. With this being said, all items will be in an accessible area. 
  • Just a reminder, don’t congregate with other individuals picking up items 

Again, this is our maiden voyage on this type of sale and we are trying to be as customer-friendly as possible, so please be patient with us!

Weighs about 500 lbs (no kidding) and it does roll, but please plan accordingly and make sure you store this in a place that can handle the weight.
