Please understand we CANNOT move items for you-- we do require that customers bring their own help to move heavy items! We ask that Buyers will need a large enough vehicles to accommodate their purchase, and bring strong individuals to move it. Due to previous injuries and liability, our staff WILL NOT BE ABLE to help move heavy items. We do have a list of trusted movers that will deliver to your home, for a reasonable fee. Thanks in advance for understanding!

Please do not call or text for Prices prior to the day the sale starts. We will not have time to answer your questions, and pricing is the last thing we do!

An Official Sign-Up List will be on the front steps of the home. This list will show the ORDER that we will allow folks into the home, so if you sign the list, be sure to be present when we open. If you arrive on the sale date, make sure you sign the list if you didn't previously. The rest of the days of the sale, we will put our a list after we leave approx. 4:30-5:00 PM for the next day.

Due to the Nature of this sale there will have Security Personnel and Cameras throughout the home. We have also requested additional support from Aurora Police to help patrol the area as we expect crowds. We will need to see your Receipt when you leave.

This particular Estate Sale has been a fun ride through both Phase I and Phase II of this Sale.  Everyone that has attended this sale can not believe the amount of High Quality, High End and Unique items in this home.  Our Home Owners enjoyed life and were thoughtful collectors, now it's time to downsize. We have equated it to going to an Estate Sale at Christie's or Sotheby's level of luxury Goods.  For those of you that have attended Phase I and/or Phase II have been looking forward to discounts and serious savings at Phase III.

We are preparing this week and next to open up all rooms in rooms and bring out every items we have been able research and price.  This is by far and away the best sale Naperville Traders has conducted in 24+ Years and that is saying a lot, since we have had some really spectacular sales over the years.

Please use GPS to find the home as we have been advised that all our signs will be confiscated. We have asked for additional police presence to help monitor traffic, we will have security personnel on site, as well as security cameras in the home.  Please be mindful of parking-- do not block driveways, hydrants, the road, or crosswalks.
