This sale will be held in a New Lenox duplex, there will be access to the first floor and basement of the residence. Anyone acting unprofessionally in the home will be asked to leave. Items described in the ad will not be available for purchase until the sale dates, we do not sell early, and we do not answer questions about pricing prior to the sale starting. We will respect a watched list only; meaning, if you are first to the sale you start and stay with the list. All sales are final. Debit/credit accepted but we charge a 2.7% fee for all debit/credit transactions. You are responsible for moving large items so bring the help and packing materials you need, bring packing supplies if you plan to buy fragile items as we only have a limited supply. Bell, Book & Candle is not responsible for injury or damages so please be careful in the estate and when examining or moving very fragile items.
