This is not an auction. All items are tag priced in advance, but we do not provide prices beforehand via phone or email.
We do not offer pre-sales. All advertised items will be available at opening.
Please bring help to load items. We want to supervise removal of items from the house but are unable to help.
Packing supplies and containers are recommended.
FOR TRADITIONAL IN-PERSON SALES:
We typically put a wait list out two hours prior to opening. You may sign, leave, and return 10 minutes prior to opening time. Further instructions will be indicated in the description section.
Please, no pets in the house.
FOR APPOINTMENT AND ON-LINE SALES:
You may purchase an item once the sale opens by either making an appointment or by the phone, text, or email. The first person who reserves the item, wins it.
Payment is due at pick-up. All items must be paid immediately after the sale.

Welcome to our newest Estate Sale, near Anderson Park in Normal, IL.
This 3 Bedroom Ranch with Basement is full of a variety of items including Antiques, Primitives, Toys, Furniture, Books, Jewelry and more. Valuables are stored offsite and will be brought to the location on the days of the sale.
Just a short distance from Anderson Park and Pool, parking will be available on both sides of the street. Checkout will be located in the Garage and we will have items on both levels. Stairs are Required for access to the 3 rooms in the Basement.
All pictured items will be available once we open our doors at 9am on Friday, July 10. Please note that the home will be staying with the family and some items in the house will not be available for purchase. We will do our best to cover or place things in closets but everything will be marked if they are not available for purchase. Please honor our signage throughout the house.

Cash, Checks, and Credit Cards (with nominal fee) are accepted. We are not responsible for accidents while you are inside the house or on the property.
