Multi estate sale with numerous small households in one location. This is not an auction. All items are tag priced in advance, but we do not provide prices beforehand via phone or email.
We do not do pre-sales. All advertised items are available at opening.
Please bring help to load items. We want to supervise removal of items from the house but are unable to help.
Packing supplies and containers are recommended.

Wait list out at 2 pm on Thursday.
You may sign, leave, and return at 3:50 pm. Further instructions will be indicated in the description section.

When estates are too small or have too many restrictions at their location, we move them to a central location and bring them together under one roof. Altogether, we will offer 50 tables of merchandise - ranging from collectibles to primitives to household to furniture. These sales typically have a lot of hard to find items.

Wait list goes out at 2 pm on Thursday, October 22. Doors open at 4 p.m. Being on the wait list is optional - not required. The wait list provides us a method to get customers in efficiently and in order of how they signed. Since this is a large location, everyone gets in.

FEATURED ITEMS

Due to the nature of the sale, many items aren't identified or pictured until the week of the sale. However, we know that a large sports collectible group is coming - we anticipate 8 tables of interesting sports items and three tables of Lionel train items. Also, we anticipate over 6 tables of Christmas and similar for your holiday decorating.
