TAX: This is an estate sale conducted in Illinois, Owned by one family, and no tax is required to be charged.

THE STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS
1) You text an offer for the item(s) you wish to purchase as shown on our pictures up until the preset deadline.
2) We DO NOT release or quote prices! YOU DECIDE AND TEXT YOUR OFFER Please no phone calls TEXT ONLY.
3) If your offer is accepted you will pay prior to picking up the item, items will be marked SOLD when paid in full only, all pre-sales not paid for by the deadline will be offered to the public. As with all sales you attend, you will sign and agree you are aware all sales are AS-IS and all sales are final with no refunds, returns or exchanges. An agreement will be signed at pick up.
4) We will set a pickup time and date that works for all parties involved. CUT OFF DATE FOR OFFERS IS THURSDAY 5.17 9PM
5) Each Sale will have a Pre-Sale Deadline to Purchase.
6) When the sale is open to the public you will not be able to call or text offers
7) Fair Warning, this will not give you carte blanche to come and view the sale early, any pre-sales will be brought to an area where access to the upcoming sale is limited.

MOVING: WE DO NOT Move your items nor do we provide moving supplies. Please bring your own help when purchasing all items. Also, see the list of local movers provided on the site.
LIABILITY WAIVER: The estate nor the party handling the estate sale are liable for accidents or injury of any kind as a result of visiting this property. VALUABLES: Are always removed prior to the doors opening, we use wireless security
NUMBERS: A sign-up sheet will be available at the door the evening pror at 6 pm. We do not use numbers we go with a sign-up sheet  WE ONLY HONOR THE SHEET WE PUT OUT.  THIS WAY NO DUPLICATES.
HOURS: We open at 10 am, PLEASE line up by 9:45to be called in order of the sign-up sheet, Thanks!
PARKING: Please park on one side of the road only, please do not park or block driveways, fire hydrants or emergency areas. Areas with no curbs please do not park too close to the grassy area, RESPECT ONE ANOTHER WHEN PARKING.  DO NOT park on both sides of the street! Obey all Parking signs for safety.
