We have a 3 step process for our Online Estate Sales:
1. Confirm the items (Group #'s) that you want to purchase by clicking on the "CONTACT TO BUY" button under the "lead photo" - the photo that contains the description. Please click ONLY ONCE because if you send multiple messages from a single picture, our filter will send all your requests to SPAM. You must include the message "I would like to purchase this item." If you only state "I am interested" or something similar, we will not know that actually want to buy it.
2. Pay the invoice (using any credit card) that we email to you within 24 hours or receiving it (check your spam folder).
3. Schedule a "pick up" appointment for your item(s) when we email you the link for the schedule (Saturday).
All items are pictured with descriptive information.
Many items may be a part of a "Group". All items are posted with prices. We do not "break up" items that are part of a group.
Items that have been sold will be marked "Sold". Please make absolutely certain that you want the item(s) - No Returns/Refunds.
The pick up date for this sale is Saturday, May 23rd.
For this sale, we may be able to schedule an alternate pickup day (no guarantees).
Bring your own help to carry items you can't carry alone.
We can recommend reputable moving companies if you need help.
Cash accepted for purchases of small items onsite during the pickup. No checks.

Our Online Estate Sales are "touch free".
We will schedule pickup appointments to limit access (2 customers at a time).
If you need us to recommend a moving company, just ask.

Please keep in mind that, if your invoice does not include everything you were hoping to get, it just means that someone else committed to purchasing before you.
We will respond by confirming that we received payment and email you a link to schedule pickup.
3. Schedule an appointment to pickup your item(s) when we confirm payment.
We will meet you at the house at the appointment time so you can pickup your purchases. Please bring any help you need to lift or carry.
Don't forget to bring plenty of packing materials and your own packaging for transporting your item(s).
