ENTRANCE: The sign-up sheet will be out by 7 am on Friday, November 4
PRICING: PRICE REDUCTIONS TAKE PLACE DURING THE FINAL TWO HOURS OF THE SALE - EXCEPTIONS APPLY!
PAYMENT: Cash, Venmo, Zelle or Credit Cards. A 3% convenience fee applies for in-person Credit Card purchases or 3.5% for over-the-phone purchases.
ALL SALES FINAL: All items sold as-is. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
FURNITURE DELIVERY: We can coordinate furniture deliveries on MONDAY, November 7 with The Ramirez Movers. Item and address will determine delivery fee.
BRING LOADING HELP: Sale Patrons are responsible to more their own items, large and small, and will be held liable for any damages to the property caused by moving their purchases.
LIABILITY WAIVER: Nest Estate Sales nor the homeowner hosting the estate sale are liable for accidents or injury of any kind as a result of visiting this property. By attending the sale you knowingly release the aforementioned parties of any such liability. Masks are required by all buyers during pickups.
