- All items are sold as is and without warranty of any kind
-All sales are final, NO exchanges or refunds will be considered
-Examine items carefully before purchasing
-Please be respectful of all staff
-All heavy items must be picked up by 4:00 p.m. end of day on the same day of purchase. Our staff will not wait past 4:00 p.m. and you are responsible for it from the moment of purchase and forward
-Our staff is unable to assist you with the moving of heavy items or bags
-No children allowed
-Restrooms will not be available to the public
-We will not be able to hold any items
-Items broken by the customer, will have to be purchased

ESTATE SALE
DATES: August 29-31
TIME: 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
This will be the first of several estate sales. The quality of items will become more impressive as each sale progresses.
- All items have been reasonably priced
- Quimper pottery, Lalique, Baccarat, Steuben, Waterford and other high-end items will be available at various points of estate sales. Antique, vintage, and new items will be available
-Please note that not ALL items will be available at every sale. As previously mentioned, items will become more selective as sales progress
-Be on the lookout for more estate sales in 2025 as well
