Prices can not be shared over the phone, please come to the sale.

*No public restrooms.
*No large purses or bags.

*No prices will be offered over the phone, email, or by text.
*Payments via credit cards accepted but CASH IS preferred. A 3% charge will be added for all credit card transactions.
*No returns, exchanges or refunds. ALL SALES FINAL.
*Paxem employees are not able to help move furniture. Large pieces of furniture must be moved by a professional mover.
*Vehicles must be parked in designated guest parking areas.

*This sale is by appointment only. ALL guests must pre-register in advance to get into the sale. Names will be given to the front gate each day for entry.
