We accept Cash, Zelle Quick Pay, or Venmo (Venmo with a 2.5% fee).
- Door opens at 9:30am. We reserve the right to open a few minutes early when appropriate, so be here by 9:15 and be ready to go.
-Do not post entry list on property. We will honor a watched list for entry - which means the first person in line stays at the property and begins a list of names as others arrive. If you add your name to the list, you must be present when your name is called from the list for entry or you go to the end of the line.
-Please arrive prepared to remove all items you have purchased. If you can’t move it by yourself, bring help. We will provide contacts for local, reasonable movers upon request.
-All items sold as-is and all sales are final.

NOTE: It's a small house that is overloaded, so please make it an enjoyable experience for all by bringing a healthy dose of patience. We will be limiting the number of people allowed in the jewelry room. We appreciate your business and can't wait to open the doors on this one!

This sale has more women's clothes, sz7 shoes, accessories, and costume jewelry than you can believe! We will be open for appointments only on Thursday, October 3rd, for serious buyers who need some extra time to sort through the closets. Friday and Saturday will be open under our regular hours and terms.
