This is a private sale so we accept cash only. We will take pre sales on larger furniture items so please reach out by text if interested. Please bring help to remove and load large items. Please do not block driveways of the townhouse community. If guest parking spots are full you can park at the swimming pool parking lot and it is about a two minute walk to the sale. Not responsible for accidents of any kind so please be careful. All items sold as is and no returns so please carefully inspect each item before purchasing.
