We will honor a single watched list. At 9:00 a.m., we will allow the 1st 20 people into the sale
Larger items are required to be moved at time of purchase or can be picked up through Saturday evening at 4:00 p.m. or a time scheduled with the sale conductor.
Buyers are responsible for moving their own items.
Children must be accompanied by adults at all times. Adults are responsible for any damage incurred.
All sales are final (i.e no returns) so please inspect purchases carefully
You are welcome to leave a bid on items prior to Saturday. If you are the high bidder, you will be notified Saturday around noon.

This sale was put together in a very tight window of time, but will offer some great values, as the goal is to clear everything out. Pricing will be firm on day 1, with discounts of 25 - 50% being offered upon opening Saturday morning. Sadly, the owner has passed away prior to achieving his goal of a fully refurbished basement / man cave. As such, there are some wonderful new and like new items being offered at huge discounts to what they were purchased for.
This sale contains a wide variety of practical useable items and not as much in the vintage / antique category. There are a wide variety of contractor supplies such as paneling, drywall, never used long-length boards and trim, electrical supplies of all kinds, and a ton of different tools. Tools span the gamut from hand tools to many power tools such as bench drills, table saws, chop saws, cordless hand tools, a welder, an air compressor, an acetylene torch, etc.
There is also a lot a nice useable furniture in this house from bedroom sets, to dining room, to living room to rec room.
