We will honor a started and watched sign-up list. If you start the list you must stay with the list and allow others to sign the list. No exceptions. If there are any disputes over the started sign up list, Shelander Estate Sales, LLC reserves the right to disregard the list and implement another method for customers to gain entrance into the home. We hope to give a great experience to all who enter, let’s all have fun!

We are helping to find new homes for all of these wonderful things!
3 floors of cute, unique and collectable items.
Musical family, we have 2!! Musser Century Marimbas!!!, violin, guitar, various wind, Dulcimer, flutes, whistles, drum sticks, stereo equipment, records, sheet music and so much more!
2 great MCM sofas. 1 3 cushion, 1 sectional. Both sofas have cushions that are in good condition, not rotted. The 3 cushion had protective covers on them, we took them off, fabric is in great condition. The sectional was reupholstered, can't find maker. The photos were shot with and without flash. The fabric in the images may have Moiré patterns, due to the lighting. 2 dark blue velvet club chairs.
