Sale Dates:
June 19th: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
June 20th: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Private Property Notice:
This is private property. No trespassing is allowed outside of official sale hours. Security and staff will be present.

Address Release:
The sale address will be released Thursday at 9:00 AM, the day before the sale begins.
Important Information for Shoppers

Our clients reserve the right to remove items prior to or during the sale. While we make every effort to keep photos and listings updated, all items are subject to change without notice.

Doors open promptly at 9:00 AM Friday. Early entry is not permitted.

Due to the size and nature of this sale, entry will be limited to 10 shoppers at a time to ensure safety and a quality shopping experience.

No public restrooms are available on site.

For safety and space:
No large purses, backpacks, or strollers are allowed inside
Small shopping bags are permitted but may be checked at entry and exit
Please be respectful of neighbors and do not block driveways, mailboxes, or access roads.

Line & Entry Policy
First come, first served
We do not recognize “saved spots” or line holding by other individuals

Staff will open doors at official start time only
Pricing & Item Policy
All prices are firm unless otherwise marked as discount day progress
Items are not held without payment

We do not pre-sell items prior to the official opening unless otherwise stated

We accept:
Cash
Credit & Debit (via Square for contactless payment)

Purchases over $20 eligible for credit card use (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express)

All Sales Final
All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties, guarantees, refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Please inspect items carefully before purchasing.
Shopping & Removal Policy

Customer Responsibility:
Please come prepared to shop directly at the sale. Due to setup and customer flow, we are unable to consistently respond to pricing or availability inquiries during sale hours.

Loading & Moving:
All moving, lifting, and loading of purchased items is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please bring help and appropriate equipment for large or heavy items.

Same-Day Removal:
All purchased items must be removed from the property the same day of purchase unless pre-approved by staff.

Liability Notice
Queen of Clutter Estate Sale and property owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage occurring on the premises. All shoppers enter at their own risk.
