Beautifully furnished with contemporary furniture and a bit of mid century furniture. Georgous white living room furniture, sofa, chairs, dining room set with a very large solid granite rectangular table and 8 white upholstered chairs. Just fabulous. A mid century modern wall unit, the nicest one I have ever seen. The kitchen is all white dishes and clear glass, very striking and impressive. Dansk dish sets, among many, many other lovely items, including a white drop front desk and a white round kitchen table with four white chairs and a darling white sideboard with different sections for storage. Tons of items in the kitchen, as is the entire home.
Wonderful 1890's wool Log Cabin Quilt in very good condition.
1964 acoustical Gibson guitar with Gibson case. A violin in case, not so good condition.
3 Bedrooms, with 1 king and 2 queen sized bedroom furnishings. Some assorted child's furnishings. Boxes and boxes of little kids clothing, all priced at $1.00 each item. Mountains of them.
Massive amounts of high end men's clothing, lots of it, still in the packages. Shoes, too. All of the men's clothing is from good, high end stores.
Now, the basement, which has to be seen to be believed.
it is so crowded that it will pose a challenge to all of us, you and me both, but the trip will be worth it.
This is the estate of the owner of both McDonald's in a Orland Park, and, yes, we do have a wide variety of collectibles. All of the McD's collectibles are priced and set up in the lower basement, (yes, we have 2 basements). Your patience is appreciated in advance.
The garage is massive and loaded, as is the shed in the back yard .
Going to be a wonderful 3 day sale.
See you there.
