To Our Valued Customers - as the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic ensues, we have your health & safety, as well as our staffs health & safety at heart!
Therefore, we will be instituting these basic protocols at our in-home sales:
There will be limited entry into the house.
Social distancing must be maintained at all times inside, as well as outside the home while waiting in line.
Please be sure and bring your mask to wear while on the property and in the home.
Please limit touching items for sale as much as possible.

IN -HOME SALES TERMS:
-Sign in sheet for controlled entry will be available one hour before door opens.
- BRING your own muscle to move items.
-Cash preferred. Major credit cards accepted for sales over $50.00. No checks please.
-All items are sold “As Is” – no refunds, exchanges or returns.
-All items must be removed by END OF SALE!
-There are no previews, pre-sales or pre-pricing information given.
-Please be respectful and remember you are shopping in someone’s home.
-Our prices are FIRM on the first day of the sale. Please don’t ask for discounts on Day 1 – we will have to turn you down.
-We will hold items (while shopping) for purchase only.
-Open boxes welcome. Backpack, large purses and large bags will not be allowed inside the house!
-We will have only a limited number of boxes and wrapping, so please plan on bringing your own supplies for your items purchased.
-Homeowner nor Magnolia Estate Sales are responsible for any injuries or liabilities outside or inside the home that may occur during the estate sale.
-No strollers allowed. **Small children must be supervised at all times.
-No public bathroom available.
-No food or drink allowed inside.
