Xcntric Estate Sales and the Estate are not held responsible for accidents or injuries of any kind while visiting the property inside or outside. Attending the sale you knowingly release Xcntric Estate Sales + the Estate of any such liability and you attend at your own discretion.​

★★★SIGN UP: Every sale is different so please watch the website for the time the sign-up sheet will be posted. Any and All information regarding the sign-up sheet will be posted here. Upon your arrival, you will want to add your name to our sign-up sheet and for controlled entry, we will call people in the home in the order they signed up. Please do not remove our sign-up sheet to start your own. You must be present when we call your name.

★★★RETURNS: ALL SALES ARE FINAL and items sold "AS IS", with no guarantee or warranty so we ask that you inspect your purchases carefully.

★★★PRICING INFORMATION: We do not provide pricing information prior to the sale.

★★★PAYMENT: Xcntric Estate Sales accepts cash and major credit cards with a minimum purchase of 10.00.

★★★REMOVAL OF ITEMS: We ask that you please bring tools and extra muscle upon removal of large items. We do not have movers on site.

★★★NO PUBLIC BATHROOM AVAILABLE during the course of our sales.

★★★NO FOOD OR DRINKS ALLOWED inside the property that we are conducting the sale in. We ask that you please leave your drinks/food in your vehicle.
