We are happy to accept cash, ( well, of course), good checks with ID and if you spend $50 or more, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
We honor all started lists. We hand out numbers at 8:30am

Please bring your own muscle for removal of heavy items, we are not able to help at all. Please understand. We can give you the name/phone number of a reliable mover that has worked with our company for years.
We close at 2:30pm every day, we do not allow admittance into the home after 2:15pm, you cannot shop in 15 minutes, so we do not let you come in.
Please do not phone me after the sale is completed and ask about an item. It has been sold and is gone. The time to buy it is when you see it.

This is an older home, lots of teak Mid century Modern furniture that has been in home since it was newly bought from the furniture store 1969-70..

Desk and chair made in Denmark. All of the teak furniture is in good condition, ready for a new home.  Black leather sofa made in Italy. Folks were originally from Lithuania and there is a considerable amount of signed wood block art, several signed Viktoras Petravicius, as well as several others. Some Amber necklaces and some sterling silver items. Rosenthal china, LImoges oyster plates, Waterford goblets in the Alana pattern, an Austin Sculpture  dated 1969..

 Nice book collection, some in Lithuanian. woman's clothing, some men's. nice linens. Several pieces of collectible European art pottery.  Basement is full, shed in back yard, garage. Home is fully furnished, will be a great sale.
