These nice people in this very large Orland home have decided to
change their furnishings and are selling most of their "Extreme" high end Contemporary furniture and decor. All of the items in this sale are designer, very high end and fabulous.
A home office with multiple desks, cabinets and wall shelves, all has to go. Awesome white leather extra large 9 piece sectional sofa , kitchen set with round glass top and four black leather chairs,several modern tables, several benches,, several ultra modern occasional chairs, a huge Anna brand White/glass wood king sized bedroom set, looks like out of a movie set.
Really this bedroom has to be seen to be believed.
A bedroom set in silver/gray. (No mattresses are included with either set)
Lots of art work, both wall art and individual pieces. Most was very expensive when purchased. Delightful 2 figure Guiseppe Armani statue, "CanCan"..
Also, we have a clean, like new pool table in the down stairs family room.
All of the decorator items are modern contemporary and just simply wonderful. Lots of small home decor as well. very high end. Linens, fabric, women's clothes, etc.
We also have a georgous Vera Wang 2 year old wedding gown, purchased from Neiman Marcus, has to be seen to be appreciated, size 10..
14kt gold jewelry. We are even offering the georgous silver/grey carpeting upstairs in the hall and the 3 bedrooms, very reasonable, she has new stuff coming soon and wants to sell .. This is one terrific sale, do not miss this one. The wonderful home is also for sale by owner, what a house.
