This is a CASH ONLY sale.
You MUST bring help for carrying large items.
As always a list will be available at 8:30, however a watched list will be honored if all present are in agreement.
Please, please, PLEASE do not contact for pricing. My prices are extremely reasonable.
No presales offered at this sale.
Friday is full price, bids over 50% will be considered if the item has not sold by the end of the day.
Saturday is half price with "bundling" beginning at 2. (the more you buy the better the discount)
Everything including the house is for sale!!! Must see pictures to appreciate how incredible this sale really is!!! So much more to see, we haven't even touch the garage yet...check back often!

Parking is not available on Avenel unless picking up LARGE purchases. NO PARKING ON EAST SIDE OF AVENEL or you may be ticketed and possibly towed. Minimal parking will be allowed on private property near home. There is also a large shoulder on Wolf Road for parking with a shortcut through a gracious neighbors yard. This sale will absolutely be worth the inconvenience of a short walk!!!
