We strongly encourage you to bring cash, however we will gladly accept your credit card with no minimum purchase. Be advised that all credit card transactions will be charged a 3% processing fee to offset the costs associated with this form of payment.
ALL SMALL CHILDREN MUST be kept within your close proximity.
For everyone's safety, there is absolutely no trespassing on the property during non-sale hours.
Please leave your large purses and bags locked in your vehicle, as they will not be permitted in the sale.
Our friendly staff is here to assist you with making your shopping experience with us pleasurable. They are NOT permitted to help you load your items, please bring assistance for the items you wish to purchase.
Unfortunately, if you break it, you bought it.
Numbers or a sign up sheet will be available 30 minutes prior to opening. We will honor a watched list.
As a courtesy to all shoppers, please limit cell phone usage inside the home.
There are no public restrooms available at this property, please plan accordingly.

**1992 Kwik Kamp pop up camper. Overall in very good condition, some rust on the back bumper. Easy set up. Upon our inspection, we noticed no rips or tears. All operations appear to be fully functional. Has a queen size bed and stand up dressing area. Includes Coleman ice chest. Clean title. Waiting for you to drive it to the campground! $1,495.00 (This item is excluded from any discounts offered in the estate sale.)

**1983 Shoreline Utility Trailer. In good condition. Has front rack to strap on an ice chest (not included). Includes pop up canopy or tent (we have not had time to pull it out and set up, see photos for details). Clean title.
