NO prices given out before the sale; we reserve the right to refuse service to patrons; and if we deem that a price tag has been altered or changed we reserve the right to not sell that item(s) for that price and take it out of the sale.

No strollers, no bulky coats or purses larger that a fanny pack are allowed inside the home.
We do not move or deliver furniture. Bring your own truck and moving helpers or arrange for movers. Everything is sold in "as is" condition with no warranties.
