Some simple points about Ampersand Estate Sales:

·        We do not offer presale of items or give presale pricing in addition we do not offer presale prices over the phone.

·        We happily accept Cash and Credit Cards (over $20.00).

·        We do not accept Checks.

·        Please bring help to carry & load large items purchased from our sales.

·        We are not responsible for accidents at our sale locations.

·        All Sales are Final and all items are Sold As Is.
 

·        Sale Hours:

Friday & Saturday 9am to 4pm each day.

·        A single watch list can be used but must be maintained in person and not be attached to the sale property. If there are problems with the watch list numbers will be given out randomly.

·         Numbers are given out at 8am Friday & Saturday; you must be present to receive one.

·        Please pay attention to all posted parking regulations, please be respectful of the neighbors and please do not block any driveways or sidewalks.

·        Just a reminder we are still looking for our missing baskets. If you have one or see one please bring it back to us for a $20.00 Ampersand Sale Credit.

From W Algonquin Road & Roselle Road in Palatine IL.

Take Roselle Road north to Shire Circle.

Turn left on Shire Circle the condo is 1528 on the north side of the street.
