THIS IS A TWO DAY SALE AND ALL THINGS MUST GO. SUNDAY AT 9:30 EVERYTHING WILL BE 25% OFF. AT 1:00 MOST ITEMS WILL BE 50% OFF. ALL BABY CLOTHES & SHOES WILL BE .25 CENTS EACH. This is a CASH ONLY sale. Please bring help to carry and load large items, as no worker will be able to help move, or carry, any items. This sale has a huge amount of items (of almost every kind), both large and small, with some antiques, jewelry, and even a piano. Again, everyone is responsible for moving their own items out of the house & into their vehicles! Our staff cannot lift. All sales are final, there are no returns. Our prices are fair......We try to do the best for our customers that have hired us, but we realize we need to sell everything so we are also fairly priced for our buyers. The last day of the sale, we will negotiate prices. Prices will be reduced in the morning and in the late afternoon we will be very reasonable with offers. If you love something that you see, it is best to buy it the first day, as way too often people come back on Sunday only to find something that they were counting on, is gone. We also will have an "offer box". Any buyer may make an offer, on any item ,and put it in the box. The last day, at the end of the sale, if an item has not sold ,we will review the offers and start making call backs. The highest offer on any item will get the call. Our sale starts at 9:30, with numbers at 9:00. We will honor any list started by a customer. who arrived early.

There is a large assortment of items at this sale.   There is quite a bit of holiday items (with tons of ornaments) and there are many vintage games and puzzles .  Lots of stuff just came out of the attic.   As for furniture, there are some beautiful antique and vintage pieces.   There is a lovely piano, a gorgeous silver plated coffee/tea serving set on a large tray, a vintage high end wooden corner cabinet, 3 beautiful vintage 4-poster beds,  a twin sized sleigh bed, a pool pump with hoses, a Craftsman Workbench with vise grip, A Craftsman tool cabinet, a couple of love-seats, an oversized chair, 6 Nichols & Stone Massachusetts dining chairs, plus a vintage Nichols & Stone university chair, floor and table lamps, and other miscellaneous  furniture pieces.   There are also the  standard "odds and ends" of normal life including kitchen items, accessories, pictures,  some baby clothes and children's clothes, and some baby items.  There are a lot of like new kitchen items which include among other things, a Coleman Tailgate Camping Coffee pot, a Breville Panini Grill, a Breville Individual pie maker, and a  decorative popcorn maker. There are two huge Nordic Cross Tents that appear to be new, and there is one Jeep Tent also in a bag which appears to be clean and nice. and unused.    There is a wide assortment of collectibles, and jewelry (costume , vintage, and two jewelry boxes of sterling). there is about a dozen vintage men's watches.   There is one baggie full of old stamps.  There is a wide variety of baby and toddler clothes and a changing table, a playpen, toys and vaporizers.   There is a linen closet full of books upstairs,   with some antique books  and cook books downstairs on the main floor.    The cookbooks are in the dining room and the kitchen.
