Many things found in this estate of a life long Cubs fan are a great find because of their documented and well kept condition. Much of what you will find here exude pride of place. From the many reminders of her beloved baseball team, to appliances, to the whimsical frog collection, there is something here for everyone. Many of the larger items were recently purchased and have the original receipts and owner’s manuals.
