SHOPPING: We ask you to respect the home, respect the neighbor’s property and enjoy your shopping experience with Platinum Estate Sales. 
TAX: This is an estate sale conducted in Illinois, Owned by one family, and no tax is required to be charged.
PRICING:  No prices will be given out via text or phone or internet, mostly due to the number of items and I cannot remember each price so it’s first to come first served! In fairness to everyone!
MOVING: WE DO NOT Move your items nor do we provide moving supplies. Please bring your own help when purchasing all items. Also, see the list of local movers provided on the site.
MOVING ASSISTANCE? Yes, we will assist moving heavier items from the home to your vehicles.  Charges will apply. 
LIABILITY WAIVER: The estate nor the party handling the estate sale are liable for accidents or injury of any kind as a result of visiting this property. By attending the sale you knowingly release the aforementioned parties of any such liability. Visit this property at your own discretion. Please be careful and have fun most of all. 
VALUABLES: Are always removed prior to the doors opening, we use wireless security
NUMBERS: A sign-up sheet will be available at the door the day of the sale. We do not use numbers we go with a sign-up sheet  WE ONLY HONOR THE SHEET WE PUT OUT.  THIS WAY NO DUPLICATES.
HOURS: We open at 10 am, PLEASE line up by 9:45to be called in order of the sign-up sheet, Thanks!
PARKING: Please park on one side of the road only, please do not park or block driveways, fire hydrants or emergency areas. Areas with no curbs please do not park too close to the grassy area, RESPECT ONE ANOTHER WHEN PARKING.  DO NOT park on both sides of the street! Obey all Parking signs!
SHOES.  NO SHOES WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE HOME, we ask you to carry your shoes with you and will provide a plastic bag for them. Thanks for understanding.  Booties over wet shoes still create wet spots on hardwood floors
