Cash preferred. We also accept credit/debit cards.

All Sales Final:
All items are sold as-is, where-is. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Entry & Access:
We may use a sign-up sheet or controlled entry system. Please respect your place in line.

Bring Help to Load:
Customers are responsible for moving and loading their own purchases. Staff may not be available to assist.

Large Item Pickups:
All large items must be removed by the end of the sale unless prior arrangements are made.

No Early Sales:
We do not allow pre-sales or early entry. Doors open at the posted time—no exceptions.

Item Security:
Please do not remove sold tags or move items marked “sold.” Theft will be reported. Surveillance cameras will be in use and theft will be prosecuted.

Hold Policy:
No holds without payment. First paid = first served.

Pricing & Discounts:
Prices are firm on the first day. Discounts may be offered on subsequent days at our discretion.

Liability:
Not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost items. Enter at your own risk.

Children:
Children must be supervised at all times.
