This sale will be held in a large Peotone Farmhouse; there will be access to the main level, 2nd level, attic, and basement of the home. The list will be on the sunroom porch of the home on Wednesday after 8pm, please put your name on the list and return to your car until 30 minutes before the sale begins (first 2 names on the list are members of the family and will enter with the first group). There are cameras on the property, please do not explore the property, the sale is limited to the home only, persons not respecting the rules will be asked to leave the property. We do not pre-sell any items or discuss pricing before the sale. Anyone acting unprofessionally in the building or home will be asked to leave. Items described in the ad will not be available for purchase until the sale dates. All sales are final. Debit/credit accepted but we charge a 2.9% fee for all debit/credit transactions. You are responsible for moving large items so bring the help and packing materials you need, bring packing supplies if you plan to buy fragile items as we only have a limited supply. Bell, Book & Candle is not responsible for injury or damages so please be careful in the estate and when examining or moving very fragile items.

This wonderful sale is taking place in a Peotone farmhouse, there will be access to the main level, 2nd level, walk-up attic, and the basement. All 4 levels are full of some of the best antiques we have seen in a while. We have spent the last few weeks setting up and let us tell you that the 200 posted pictures does not do this sale justice.
