All items sold "as-is" and all sales are final. Removals must be completed no later than 4 PM on Sunday, the last day of the sale. No price info, status checks or holds will be provided. We will provide the only sign-up sheet beginning at 8 AM on sale days.

The location of this sale is in the Carillon of Cambridge Lakes, a retirement community. They do not allow any signage on their property. This street name also goes by the name of "Kelley" Lane.
