This is a cash and credit card only sale. Due to the nature of estate sales, we do not issue refunds; all sales are final. It is your responsibility to inspect all items before purchasing.
We do not quote prices over the phone or via email.
You will need to bring help to load large items. When attending any of our estate sales, you agree to enter at your own risk. Cait’s Estate Sales is not responsible for any accidents or for anything that happens during or as a result of your attending any of our sales.

We do not give our pricing before the sale begins but if you are interested in an item, please visit our Facebook page at Cait's Warehouse and Cait's Estates and comment on the picture and we will get back to you as soon as we can the day of the sale. You can also call our consignment warehouse which is open 7 days a week in Mokena at 708-995-7746.

Sign up sheets will be posted on the front door no later than 7 am! (Sign up sheets are optional! If there is no line at 9:00 am, you can walk right in. If there is a line, we will call names off the sign up sheet first)
