• All items are sold as-is. Please examine items before purchasing. All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
• We cannot be responsible for any accidents; enter at your own risk.
• Please make arrangements for moving heavy items such as furniture and appliances. If you need to return with a truck, we will mark the item as "Sold" if you have either paid in full or left a substantial cash deposit. A receipt will be given.
• Local delivery of large items can be arranged for a fee at a later time.
• We reserve the right to refuse to sell or provide service to anyone upon discretion.

This is the clean out part of the massive 3 story and outbuilding sale we had. still lots of nice stuff left! Be early ! Buy one ticket and make piles and fill up boxes and bags all you want on both floors of the house basement and the back garage! Each ticket for 2 family members only. Everyone must have their own ticket. The ticket is for YOUR merchandise only! For those who prefer to buy only a few items, you can get at 80% off but must spend at least $20. I’m not going to mess with a few dollar sales. and all the furniture and big items are 90% off if they have a “x” on tag. Those won’t be ticket items. Some smaller items like jewelry will be sold by the flat. Boxes are out on the porch, or bring your own. Please don’t use the plastic totes or flats, but you can bring your own totes and wrapping paper. Check out pics when they are up, must buy ticket first, then load up. There is stuff in the garage too, furniture out there is 90% off, and if you have a ticket you can load up what you want. Price of tickets lower thru out the day as inventory gets lower. Out it all goes! Keep your ticket, you can unload your car or truck, check back in with your paid ticket and load up more thru put the day !! Ticket price schedule; 9am $80. 11am $40. 1pm $20. 3pm $5.
