All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied. All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances. Buyers are solely responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase.

Estate Sales by Legacy makes every effort to describe items accurately; however, we do not guarantee condition, authenticity, age, or completeness of any item.

Payment

Accepted payment methods will be posted for each sale. All items must be paid in full before removal. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the sale at our discretion.

Item Removal

All items must be removed within the designated sale timeframe unless prior arrangements are made. Buyers are responsible for bringing their own labor, tools, and transportation.

Estate Sales by Legacy staff do not provide moving or loading services and are not responsible for damage incurred during removal.

Items not removed within the agreed timeframe may be considered abandoned with no refund issued.

Hold Policy

We do not hold items without payment. Paid holds are only honored if agreed upon in advance. Failure to pick up held items within the agreed timeframe results in forfeiture without refund.

Liability Waiver

By entering the premises, you acknowledge and agree that you do so at your own risk.

Estate Sales by Legacy, the homeowner, and property owners shall not be held liable for:

* Accidents, injuries, or illnesses
* Damage to personal property
* Lost or stolen items

This includes, but is not limited to, slips, falls, structural hazards, or lifting-related injuries.

Damage Responsibility

Customers are responsible for any damage they cause to the property, structures, or items during the sale. Damaged items must be purchased.

Theft & Security

Shoplifting or tampering with items will result in immediate removal from the premises and may be reported to local authorities.

Pricing & Discounts

All pricing is set at the discretion of Estate Sales by Legacy. Discounts may be offered at any time and are not guaranteed. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Clean-Out & Unsold Items

Any items remaining after the sale may be removed, donated, or disposed of at the discretion of Estate Sales by Legacy unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior.

Disputes & Legal

Any disputes arising from purchases or attendance at our sales shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

By participating in the sale, you agree that any legal action will be handled in the appropriate jurisdiction within Illinois.
