Pick It Fence Estate Sale this weekend at 3803 Packard Parkway, Rockford.  Friday and Saturday, February 11th & 12th.  9:00-4:00 With a sign up sheet both mornings at 8:00am.

Credit cards will be accepted with a 4% service charge.  Everything will be Sold "As Is" and All Sales are Final, NO RETURNS, so please inspect your items carefully!  We are not responsible for accidents or injuries.  We DO NOT have people available to move heavy items so plan to bring help for your big items.  Please be respectful when parking.  Do not park on the neighbors lawns or block their mailboxes or driveways.  No prices will be posted before sale. No early sales.
