The house is situated on a hill with a steep driveway. It is a split level house with two levels that have to be accessed by stairs. The house to garage and vice versa access also has stairs. There is absolutely NO PARKING in the driveway except to load large or heavy items purchased. There will be trash cans at bottom of driveway to block. Please park along street making sure to leave enough room for cars to get by.
There will be NO NUMBERS or SIGN-UP SHEET. Entry to sale will be first come first serve, so please line up respectfully in driveway in front of the garage door.
We will accept Cash or Credit card payments only. PLEASE bring your own help to load large heavy items. Not responsible for accidents.
