Payment: Cash and card only. A 3% convenience fee applies to all card purchases. We use Poynt as our merchant services provider—all cards are processed as credit.

Liability: We are not responsible for accidents. Please watch your step and use caution throughout the property.

Sales Terms: All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or returns. We offer no warranties on any items—they are pre-owned/used. Please inspect and test items to your satisfaction before purchasing and removing them from the premises.

Loading Assistance: Bring help (and any necessary tools/vehicles) to load large or heavy items—we cannot assist with loading.

Sale Dates & Entry: In-person sale only—Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Numbers will not be given out. Instead, an online sign-up sheet will be made available at 4:00 PM the day before the sale begins (Wednesday). First come, first served—early arrival recommended!

Neighbor Courtesy & Parking: Please be considerate of our neighbors. Do not block driveways, park on grass.
