Total Estate Care provides comprehensive estate planning and real estate solutions including estate sales, pre-planning services, cleanouts, and coordination with assisted living facilities. Our services are designed to facilitate seamless transitions and maximize asset value through professional support and personalized guidance.

3. Age Requirement
Services provided by Total Estate Care are intended for persons eighteen (18) years of age and older. Minors are not permitted to use our services.

4. Payments and Fees

All payments must be made in U.S. dollars.
Credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.
Checks and cash are accepted without additional fees, subject to verification.
5. Purchase Conditions

Buyers are solely responsible for the removal of purchased items during the designated pick-up times.
Heavy items may require special handling. It is the buyer's responsibility to bring adequate help for the moving of heavy items. Total Estate Care will not be responsible for loading or transporting purchased items.
All sales are final. Items are sold as-is, and no returns or refunds will be provided after purchase.

7. Modifications to Services
