Pick It Fence Estate Sale

Pick It Fence Estate Sale this weekend at 4802 Spring Creek Rd., Rockford.  Friday and Saturday, December 13th and 14th.  9:00-4:00 With a sign up sheet both mornings at 8:00am.

THERE IS NO PARKING ON SPRING CREEK!  FOR YOUR SAFETY WE WILL PROVIDE A SHUTTLE SERVICE FROM ST. ANSKAR’S CHURCH PARKING LOT.  St. Anskar’s church is less than 2 block west of the sale.  We will pick you up and drop you off at the front door.  When your done shopping we will take you back to your car.  Circular driveway can only be used to drop off passengers and to pick up large purchase.

We’re ending the season with a huge blow out of a sale!! 75% of household is brand new or very gently used. We have pretty much everything on anyone’s shopping list, not even joking!

We have a brand new Raleigh mountain bike and a Giant Boulder mountain bike. Honestly we have 2500 square ft. Of packed house, yard and garage priced to sell!

Credit cards will be accepted with a 4% service charge.  Everything will be Sold "As Is" and All Sales are Final, NO RETURNS, so please inspect your items carefully!  We are not responsible for accidents or injuries.  We DO NOT have people available to move heavy items so plan to bring help for your big items.  Please be respectful when parking.  Do not park on the neighbors lawns or block their mailboxes or driveways.  No prices will be posted before sale. No early sales.
