All sales are final. We do not offer any warranties on any items. They are used. Please make sure they work to your satisfaction before you purchase them and take them off site.
Loading Assistance: If you purchase large furniture or heavy items, you are typically required to bring your own help to load them into your vehicle.
Sales Terms: All sales are considered final, and items are sold "as-is." There are no returns or refunds.
Entrance numbers will be given out 1 HOUR prior to doors opening . We do not honor a sign up list.
Please be considerate of the neighbors. There will be plenty of street parking all weekend long!
