Thank you for coming to our Covid Compliant sale!
When Items are priced on website presale/ BUY IT NOW Begins, NOT BEFORE. This means you can buy the items by texting us and then we will call you back to charge your card and arrange pick up. Prices are firm until sale opens to public

You must follow social distancing guidelines. You are entering this home at your own risk, we are not responsible for accidents, injuries etc.
You must wear a face mask over your nose and mouth at all times.
Paxem will have hand sanitizer to use walking in and out of the sale
PAXEM RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY TO ANYONE FOR ANY REASON. This is a private home and shopping is a privilege not a right.
No children under the age of 18 will be allowed in the sale.
Please understand that we are complying with the municipalities rules with number of people allowed in this home. No more than 10 People including staff are allowed in at one time.
You must respect the rules that the Paxem staff has been told to follow
There are NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS
All sales are final after the monies are collected. Items are sold as is so please check your merchandise.

No bags, boxes or purses, your items except for your credit card and drivers license should stay in your car
Paxem is accepting credit cards with out a fee to our customers and clients to keep our staff safe.
You must bring your own help for carrying or loading items. They must be removed at the end of the sale. If you need a special pick up a surcharge for that pick up will be applied.
If you break something you will be expected to purchase it.

Paxem will accept a watched list*. Paxem goes right off the list. Paxem does not give out numbers. Be at the sale at opening to insure your spot. When you start the list, it may not be left unattended at any time.
Please social distance while waiting out side.

*A watched list - The first person onsite at a sale starts the list. The list is sometimes started the day before or an hour before the sale. It cannot be taped to a door or a window it must be held. Everyone who arrives signs this list. Paxem then calls names from the list in order when the sale opens. When you’re called you must be present or you are removed from the list and lose your place in line.
