All sales are final. We accept cash, Venmo, or Zelle payments. No checks.
No returns. All items sold as is.

Enter property/home/sale at your own risk. We are not responsible or liable for injuries, accidents, illnesses, sensitivities on or near property/sale.

No help will be available for heavy items/furniture. You are responsible for moving and hauling your purchases. Please bring your own help/manpower, tools needed and appropriate vehicle to safely remove items from the home. You are welcome to come back at a later time during sale hours to pick up large items.

We reserve the right to limit the number of shoppers in the house at one time.

Please be respectful of the house and the neighbors. Do not block driveways or mailboxes. Emergency vehicles must be able to drive through.

Restrooms are not available to the public, we apologize for any inconvenience.
