o All sales are final, and all items are sold as-is. We do not provide refunds or allow exchanges.
o Absolutely no trespassing on property. This is a private sale, and we reserve the right to deny entry to the sale at our sole discretion. We are not responsible for accidents.
o Numbers will be given at 9:30. We will honor a watched list prior, but you must be present at 9:30 to receive a number. In the event of a dispute, numbers will be given randomly at 9:30.
o We are unable to provide help moving and loading, so please plan accordingly. We do have the names of several services for hire.
o With the exception of furniture, pricing is not available before the sale.
o PRICED FURNITURE IS AVAILABLE FOR PRE-SALE. Please contact us if interested.
o Offers to purchase will be considered at the close of sale on any items not sold. If your offer is accepted, you will be contacted Saturday afternoon. Items may be paid for and picked up after the close of the sale on Saturday, or on Sunday at a scheduled time.
o We accept cash, and credit and debit cards.
